All our activities take place with respect for covid-19 national laws and in line with our internal protocol, to preserve our staff members and all customers/suppliers who have access to ICLO during the courses.

In case of displacement/cancellation of the event for Covid-19 emergency Iclo could reimburse, by fixed time limit, the registration fee with a withholding of 10 euros + VAT for administrative expenses; in alternative, the participant could decide to freeze the deposit/the fee for another course. No travel/accommodation expenses will be refunded anyway.
